My first, proper massage came by way of a good friends’ mother while attending college in Buffalo, NY. Her name was Mary McLeod, may she rest in peace; Her practice was aptly called The Healing Touch. In 2011, while teaching ESL in Thailand, I experienced massage as medicine, benefiting greatly from weekly treatments. Following my teaching term, I earned certifications in Advanced Thai Massage and Aromatherapy in Chiang Mai and then a Medical Massage degree from The Southern California Health Institute.

Since 2014, I have managed my own private practice, serving high-end clients in Los Angeles and Malibu, CA, and most recently on Martha’s Vineyard, MA. My skills have also afforded me the unique privilege of national and international travel with notable, musical performers. Now, I am happy to call Franklin County, NC my home and am honored to serve this and surrounding communities a refined massage therapy practice, sophisticated self care products and the opportunity to join me in class at The Yoga Den on Mason, next door!

Beyond massage, I am a small town-nature-girl, an old-soul sister, a bit of a renaissance woman. Over the last twenty years, I have lived and studied in Italy, acted in indie films, backpacked Australia, discovered a love for songwriting that led to a Grammy and then co-produced a solo record titled, With Love. My long-standing love of movement expressed through martial arts, competitive sports, classical dance and the professional study of yogic postures and principles lends to my expertise, sacred sensitivity and wealth of wisdom.
